ABOUT THE BEER
It might seem the most normal of our beers, yet it is the one that leaves the biggest impression - the one that makes you fall in love. It whispers stories about fields of barley and hop gardens, delivering the essence of their aromas. Tipopils is an “archetypal” beer: it embodies and corresponds to the idea of light beer settled in our DNA over many centuries.
- Produced by infusion of barley malts like Pilsener and Caramunich, fermented with a very popular German fermentation yeast. German hops for bitter and flavoring, added both hot and cold (dry hop).
- Initial scent of citrus and herbaceous hops with hints of fresh yeast, followed immediately by the typical honey and corn scents of malt, together with a chamomile and dandelion flower. Abundant foam, fine and very persistent. In the mouth a fleeting hint of sweet fades to a widespread bitterness.
- It is a taste that never tires: this is the key to the success of Tipopils. A beer of great character in its apparent simplicity, whose low alcohol and high acidity make it difficult to avoid drinking "another".
