Tired of the Colombian brewer monopoly, our founder, Berny Silberwasser, began a journey through the small American and European breweries in 1997. Here he learned the art of brewing, before returning to Columbia to give Bogota, and the country, better beer. Our beers are brewed with the finest traditional natural ingredients, malted barley, hops, yeast and water, and some beers use local ingredients like organic honey, orange peel and oats, to impart more flavor and aroma. Our production is not massive and it does not travel for months by boat. We have less than 1% of the Colombian beer market, and provide a different option in our pubs and establishments across the country.
