The Kingston Brewing Company is Ontario's oldest brew pub, established in 1986, and is Canada's oldest wine-producing pub. Beers, wines, ciders and soda pops are made on the premises - an 1800's-era building originally used as the town telegraph office where we still use the original vaults. Kingston Brewing Company is best known for its cask-conditioned Dragons Breath Real Ale, drawn fresh through a traditional beer engine.
