When we stared brewing in 1997, we wanted to share our brew only with friends and family. Tales of our brews grew and as we experimented, we found a way to fill a niche, great tasting beer that was gluten-friendly. We brew both gluten and gluten-friendly beers, and have received high praise for our ability to brew a beer that cannot be distinguished as either gluten or gluten-friendly simply by taste.
