ABOUT THE BREWER
When we stared brewing in 1997, we wanted to share our brew only with friends and family. Tales of our brews grew and as we experimented, we found a way to fill a niche, great tasting beer that was gluten-friendly. We brew both gluten and gluten-friendly beers, and have received high praise for our ability to brew a beer that cannot be distinguished as either gluten or gluten-friendly simply by taste. Our mission is to be a brewery that doesn’t sacrifice taste for dietary needs. We hope you will find we’ve accomplished that mission in every sip!
