Clay is a Seattle native and developed a passion for great beers during the Pacific Northwest microbrew craze in the 1990’s. Clay is known for crafting great tasting, strictly authentic beers. In addition to sampling beers in nearly all of the 50 states, Clay has travelled to Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, and the UK to experience and study different styles of beers.
