Currently the chair of the American Homebrewers Association Governing Committee’s Conference Committee, Fred's first batch was brewed Jan 1st, 2002 after his son gave him a Mr. Beer brewing kit: and he never looked back! Along the way, Fred developed a love affair with all things beer (especially big beers: anything under 1.100 is a "session" beer in Fred's book.
