We are the super human hop farm team who happen to be husband and wife, "Tom & Mel". We decided to leave the crazy train, rat race of the big city and actually did it. We knew we wanted to open a small business of our own so we wouldn't have to deal with the normal B.S. that goes along with un-satisfying corporate life. As it so happens, we became our county's first licensed microbrewery! It's a ton of work owning and running a family farm, but it's a labor of love & we sure do love it! We are living the dream out here in Elgin -Southern Arizona!
